PH100 Terms & Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ph100 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile browser, or the ph100 Android app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These terms apply to all users of ph100, including registered players, visitors browsing the site, and anyone who interacts with our platform in any capacity. Before withdrawals are processed, you will be required to submit documents verifying your identity and confirming ownership of your payment method. Account sharing is not permitted. Your ph100 login credentials — username and password — must not be shared with any other person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. ph100 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have failed to protect your login details.

Two-factor authentication via OTP (one-time password) is enabled on ph100 accounts as an additional security layer. You are encouraged to use this feature. ph100 will never ask for your OTP via phone, chat, or email.

4. Deposits & Payments

All deposits on ph100 must be made using accepted payment channels available to Philippine residents. Accepted channels include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

You may only deposit using payment accounts or methods registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party account is not permitted and may trigger account review or suspension.

ph100 does not accept deposits made via credit cards or cryptocurrency. Transactions made through unsupported channels will be rejected and refunded where possible. Processing times for deposits may vary depending on the payment provider.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name that matches the name on your ph100 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, your KYC verification must be completed and approved. ph100 aims to process verified withdrawal requests within a reasonable timeframe, though actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and the volume of requests at any given time.

ph100 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests where there is reason to believe the account may have been compromised or where unusual activity has been detected. During such reviews, withdrawal processing may be temporarily delayed.

Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance that has cleared all relevant conditions is available for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Key rules that apply to all ph100 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, per household, and per device.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

7. Betting Rules

ph100 reserves the right to void bets in the following circumstances:

• A technical error or system malfunction affected the bet or its outcome.
• The bet was placed based on information that was publicly available but not yet reflected in our odds (palpable error).
• The event was cancelled, postponed, or otherwise unable to be completed under normal conditions.
• The bet was placed in bad faith or in violation of these terms.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph100 and may result in immediate suspension, account termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.

ph100 employs monitoring tools to detect prohibited conduct. Where such conduct is confirmed, ph100 reserves the right to take action without prior notice, including permanently closing the account.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

ph100 may suspend or terminate an account at its discretion for any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or other misconduct. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the account holder will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarification.

If a balance remains in a suspended account after investigation confirms no wrongdoing, the balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method. Where wrongdoing is confirmed, ph100 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the balance.

You may close your ph100 account voluntarily at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to you after standard KYC checks are completed.
